Best PC Build for Running AI Models Locally in Saudi Arabia
Local AI models (language models, image generation) run fastest when they fit in the graphics card memory, so this build only considers cards with 16GB or more and puts most of the budget there.
Parts are picked automatically from current Amazon.sa prices and checked with the same compatibility engine as our PC Builder. When prices change, the build changes with them.

✅ Compatible: CPU, motherboard, memory, power supply, cooler and case were checked together. Estimated peak power is about 513 W.
- RAM runs at 6000 MT/s after enabling the EXPO/XMP profile in the BIOS; without it, it runs slower
Why these parts
- Graphics card (GPU): RTX 5070 TI 16GB. The biggest share of the budget (43%) goes here because the graphics card matters most for holding AI models in graphics memory; it has 16GB of memory.
- Processor (CPU): Ryzen 7 9700X. AM5 socket, matched to the motherboard; the socket check passed.
- Motherboard: ASRock X870 Pro RS WiFi. Chosen so the processor, memory and storage all fit without errors.
- Memory (RAM): Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5-6000 32GB (2x16). DDR5 memory, matching what the motherboard supports.
- Storage (SSD): Crucial P310 2TB. NVMe storage for fast loading of games and apps.
- Power supply (PSU): Corsair CX750M. 750 W for an estimated peak of about 513 W, with headroom.
- CPU cooler: Noctua NH-L12S. Checked against the CPU socket, and against the case height limit where it is known.
- PC case: NZXT H7 Flow. Checked against the graphics card length where the sizes are known.
Other graphics card options
- Spend less: RX 7900 XT 20GB – 3,999 SAR
- Spend more: RX 7900 XTX 24GB – 5,990 SAR

Frequently asked questions
Why at least 16GB of graphics memory?
A model that does not fit in graphics memory runs far slower. 16GB runs many popular models in compressed (quantized) form. NVIDIA cards have the widest AI software support (CUDA).
Are all the parts compatible with each other?
Every part is checked with the same compatibility engine as our PC Builder: CPU socket, memory generation, power supply wattage, graphics card length against the case, and cooler fit. Anything that cannot be verified, for example a size Amazon does not list, is shown under the parts list.
Does the budget include a monitor?
No. The budget covers the eight parts inside the case: processor, graphics card, motherboard, memory, storage, power supply, cooler and case. The monitor, keyboard, mouse and Windows licence are extra, so leave room for them if you need them.
Should I build it myself or buy a ready-made PC?
Building it yourself lets you pick every part and usually gets more performance for the same money; each part keeps its own maker warranty. A ready-made PC from a local shop usually costs more for the same parts but includes assembly and one shop to deal with if something fails. If you compare a ready-made offer, check its exact graphics card, processor, power supply brand and memory against this list.
Why does this build change?
It is rebuilt from current Amazon.sa prices. When a part becomes more expensive or goes out of stock, the picker swaps in the best available part that keeps the whole build compatible.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are Amazon.sa prices, which include 15% VAT. Any delivery charge is shown by Amazon at checkout, and the price on Amazon.sa at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
